It's the fourth day of spring.

The world is waking up. Not in a rush. Not all at once. Just a little more light each day. A few more green shoots.

A bird singing earlier than before.

I've been thinking about what it means to grow slowly. To trust that something is happening even when you can't see it.

For caregivers, growth doesn't always look like blooming. Sometimes it looks like still being here. Still showing up. Still breathing when you weren't sure you could.

Spring doesn't ask the trees to bloom overnight. It just keeps showing up — day after day, light after light.

So do you.

Maybe you're tired today. Maybe you're carrying more than anyone knows. Maybe you're wondering if the season will

ever shift for you.

It will. Slowly. Not all at once. But something is growing. Even if you can't see it yet.

Keep showing up. The light is coming.

💛

Caring for you while you care for them.
