The 5-Minute Reset Menu (Pick One, Do It Now)

 

The Sensory Grounding Technique: 5-4-3-2-1

 

Wherever you are, pause and find:

  5 things you can see.

  4 things you can feel (your feet on the floor, the chair against your back).

  3 things you can hear.

  2 things you can smell (or 2 things you like the smell of).

  1 thing you can taste (a sip of water, a piece of mint).
